MOL representatives arrive in Serbia – Analyzing NIS company’s operations

Representatives of the Hungarian MOL have arrived in Serbia and have begun an in-depth analysis of the business of Naftna industrija Srbije (due diligence), N1 has learned unofficially.

MOL representatives have, as planned, begun a tour of NIS’s key capacities.

According to unofficial information from N1, a twelve-member MOL delegation has held meetings and is touring the facilities: receipt and shipment of derivatives, reservoir space and installations, as well as the dock.

As they have learned, this is an operational delegation that is checking the condition of the Refinery, and will also visit the Natural Gas Refinery in Elemir.

Today’s meetings with MOL representatives, as N1 has learned unofficially, were not attended by representatives of the Serbian Government or the Ministry of Mining and Energy.

MOL representatives are expected to stay in Serbia for the next few days.
