The subject of the contract is the provision of vehicles in order to improve transport facilities for Regional School Administrations and transport of pupils in municipalities which have harmonized their network of schools with Ministry’s criteria.
In particular it is predicted the purchase of 20 vehicles (5 passengers) and 6 Mini-van for the transport of 1 driver and 8 passengers max.

Serbia - Waste-treatment plant construction work - Construction of wastewater collection and treatment systems in the municipality of Sokobanja
Description: The purpose of this contract is to introduce adequate wastewater treatment in the municipality of Sokobanja and to upgrade and extend the communal wastewater collection system. The project covers design and construction of WWTP Sokobanja (22.000 PE) (FIDIC Condition of Contract - Yellow Book) and construction and rehabilitation of collectors with pumping stations and construction of sewage network (FIDIC Condition of Contract - Red Book).

The MoCTI/the Directorate for Inland Waterways – “Plovput” intends to acquire new equipment for marking and hydrographic surveying of the waterways in the Republic of Serbia. The subject of procurement is:
LOT 1 (CPV code 34521000-5) a marking vessel to be used for the following activities
- Installation, relocation and removal of coastal signs and buoys on the waterway
- Transfer of materials and means used to mark the waterway
- Real time recording of river bed morphology
LOT 2 (CPV Code 34513550-6) a hydrographic vessel to be used for the following activities:
- River survey for safe navigation
- Dredging related and condition survey
- Underwater inspection and object location
- Habitat and harbour mapping
Financing - Finance Contract for Serbian Inland waterway infrastructure (50%) between the Republic of Serbia and EIB (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 2/19) and co-financing from CEF Grant Agreement No. INEA/CEF/TRAN/M2019/2112244 (40%) & the budget of the Republic of Serbia (10%).

Serbia – Construction work – Construction works on completion of University dormitory in the city of Nis, Republic of Serbia
Description: Construction works on completion of the University dormitory in the City of Nis, Republic of Serbia, within the project "Student housing" which is financed from the Framework Loan Agreement concluded between Council of Europe Development Bank and Republic of Serbia - LD 2070 (2020). The building of the University dormitory with a floor capacity Po+P+11+Pk, is located on the plot. no. 1928/2 and 1929/9 KO Red Cross. Construction work was started on 2009, continued until 2014, and with the last phase in 2019, five additional floors were added, a total of 11 floors including the attic and basement. Cadastral plot no. 1928/2 and 1929/2 KO Nis - Red Cross are located within the scope of the General Regulation Plan of the area of the City Municipality of Red Cross - first phase in Nis ("Official Gazette of the City of Nis" no. 102/2012, 118/2018 and 44 /2019). The plots on which the object in question is located are on the area planned for the construction of a student dormitory - public purpose area, in urban planning unit no. 4. The facility is located in Nis, near the technical faculties and the existing University dormitory, the plot on which it is located faces Nikola Tesla Boulevard. The building is free-standing, floors Po+P+11+Pk. The building has been built up to the level of rough construction work - a concrete structure with façade walls with windows (partially) and partition walls. The gross developed area of the building is 12.207,09 m2.

Serbia – Construction work for water projects – Design and Construction of Primary and Secondary Sewage Network
Description: The City of Belgrade has entered into a Financing Agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) for design, construction and supervision in respect of the Belgrade-Palilula Sewage System Project. A number of contracts will be implemented by the City, through a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) within Beoland (the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency). The project aims to improve wastewater services to the currently underserved population on the left bank of the Danube River in Belgrade's municipality of Palilula, communities Kotez. Krnjaca and Borca. The Works to be provided through this Contract will be based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-build (Yellow Book 2nd Edition, 2017) and will comprise the design and construction of primary and secondary sewage network.
