Network infrastructure

Subject of this project is supply and delivery of equipment for the upgrade of AMRES network infrastructure. AMRES Backbone network needs to be expanded to increase the capacity of telecommunication links and integration with the existing AMRES infrastructure which consists of the access network, the backbone of the network and external connections. The scope of this procurement is network expansion with additional 100GE and 10GE services between existing sites.

Tunnelling works

The scope of the procurement is design and construction of tunnelling works for single bored double-track Tunnel No 4 (tunnel tube length L=3 275 m), evacuation tunnels (length L=310 m + 255 m + 815 m) and access roads ‘P3’ (length L=286 m) and ‘P4’ (length L=1 445 m).
The works will be implemented under FIDIC Conditions of contract for plant and design – build (Yellow Book, First Edition – 1999).

Agricultural machinery

The purpose of this contract is the procurement of missing machines and equipment needed for successful and valid performance of experiments related to the examination of varieties. Also, a part of the machines would be supplied with connection equipment and connecting machines. The project would also improve storage conditions, ie the controlled temperatures and humidity in the premises (cold chambers) where the samples of the seeds are kept. An easier network communication between the field viewer and the test organiser would also be established, which would enable faster information transfer.

This project would strengthen the Plant Protection Directorate, ie the Department for the recognition of varieties as well as the institutions that are entrusted with the tasks of testing the varieties.

eConsult: TIME RELEASE STUDY+ FOR KOSOVO ENCOMPASSING IMPORT, EXPORT AND TRANSIT OF GOODS BY ROAD

A Time Release Study+ provides reliable and validated information on the time taken at various stages in the clearance process and enables officials to identify areas within the process that can be improved in order to reduce release times.
The Time Release Study+ (TRS+) will determine through an international accepted scientific methodology the time required to carry out each step in the clearance process involving customs and other government agency requirements.

Educational Expert for Development and Implementation of Primary Education Curriculum

The Republic of North Macedonia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Primary Education Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services/Individual Consultant as Educational Expert for Development and Implementation of Primary Education Curriculum. The overall objective of the assignment is to develop instructional (teachers) manuals for Grade 1 of the primary education in North Macedonia addressing the newly developed curricula for the following subjects: Society, Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

This supply will build on the ground of IPA I and will further strengthen the institutional structure for the NQF MIS. The Action will support full operationalisation of the NQF register, upgrade and sustainability of the existing system, through development of new modules: for adding new occupational standards, for revision/harmonisation of occupational standards, for linking existing qualification standards to occupational standards and module for correlation between NQF and EQF based on the latest EU recommendation’s and rules, and update of the existing modules for implementation of coding standards, integration with e-gradebook system and adaptation of the admin module to include roles and privileges for new types of users. In addition, it will also include supply of hardware equipment for Security information and event management system, appropriate cooling system for the server room, laptops and migration of hardware components.

Transport services (excl. Waste transport)

To prepare a detailed Implementation plan for the National Transport Strategy 2018-2030 with supporting system and tools for its monitoring based on developing Appraisal framework for actions and to conduct trainings and workshops for the institutions in the transport sector responsible for the implementation of the measures in the National Transport Strategy. The project foresees also development of a Project preparation framework with a prepared Project preparation manual. Additionally, an IT tool should be developed that should allow proper monitoring and data collection regarding the NTS 2018-2030 performance indicators and the reporting procedure. Workshops and trainings will be conducted for the staff responsible for the monitoring of the implementation of the NTS from all relevant institutions.

Works are divided in 2 sections. Section 1 covers construction of wastewater treatment plant for city of Brus, and section 2 covers construction of wastewater treatment plant for city of Blace.

The construction and reconstruction of sewage and stormwater collectors in the city of Brus and in the city of Blace under the FIDIC 1999 Red Book Conditions of Contract (Lot 2). Works is divided into 2 sections.

Serbia-Belgrade: Wastewater treatment plant construction work

The purpose of this contract is to upgrade and extend the communal wastewater collection system and to introduce adequate wastewater treatment for the city of Kraljevo. The project includes construction of the waste water treatment plant for Kraljevo agglomeration (90 000 PE), rehabilitation of existing and construction of new sewerage network, including construction of sewage pumping station(s).
